Hourly Rate: $75 per hour. The hourly rate is typically applied to long-term and multi-part projects.

Priority Handling Surcharge: Please note that this surcharge is almost never applied. In most cases, we will meet your project deadlines without imposing a surcharge. In those rare instances when a client requests immediate results (i.e. requests that require us to start immediately and work around the clock to meet your deadline) will incur a priority handling surcharge. The surcharge will be detailed in the cost estimate.

In most cases, the project estimate provided by your consultant is the amount that you will be charged at the completion of the project.

Please note, however, that it is impossible to foresee every potential contingency when estimating the costs of a project. Alpha Biostats reserves the right to adjust the cost estimate if a complication arises that will substantially increase the time required to complete your project. Should this occur, your consultant will notify you before proceeding.

An invoice will be appended to your project results.

Full payment is due within 30 days.

A finance charge of 1½% per month (18% per annum) will be added to account balances not paid within 30 days.

We accept payments by check, money order, PayPal or major credit card.

Note: Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you will be required to open one if you want to pay your Alpha Biostats invoice with a credit card.
